These terms cover the Formula Manager community mod library: sharing mods from the game, and browsing, downloading and reporting them. The library is run by DT Software OÜ (registry code 17554777, Narva mnt 5, Tallinn, Estonia, [email protected]). You accept these terms every time you share a mod; the game asks you to.

1. Who can share

You must be at least 13 years old to share mods or send reports. Browsing and downloading mods needs no account and shares nothing about you.

2. What a mod is

A mod is data made with the game's own tools: names, colours, numbers, driver lists, track layouts and drawn designs. Pictures are never shared. Logos and image layers you add stay on your own computer; the library removes every picture from an upload and draws the mod's preview itself from the mod's data. A mod cannot contain programs or anything else that runs.

3. What you must not share

4. Your mod and our licence

You keep the rights you have in your mod. By sharing it you give DT Software OÜ a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, show and distribute it to Formula Manager players, and you allow players to use it and change it inside the game. You confirm that you have the right to give this licence. You can delete your mod from the library at any time from the game (copies players already downloaded stay on their computers).

5. How we moderate

No one checks mods by hand before they appear. Instead, every upload goes through automatic checks:

Uploads that fail a check are refused, and the game tells you why.

Players can report any mod. A report of child sexual abuse, other illegal content, malware, adult content, hate, or personal information hides the mod immediately; other reasons hide it after several reports. A person then reviews it and either restores or removes it. Removed mods are kept out of reach for 90 days in case the authorities need them, then deleted.

When we hide or remove your mod, the game shows you the status and the reason under My uploads. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected] with the mod's ID and we will look again. We may refuse uploads from people who repeatedly break these rules. Where the law requires it, we report content and information to the authorities.

6. Reporting

Use the Report button on any mod in the game, or see how to report illegal content.

7. No guarantees

Mods are made by players, not by us. They are provided as they are, without any promise that they work or stay available. As far as the law allows, DT Software OÜ is not liable for mods made by players. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

8. Changes

If we change these terms, the version above changes and the game asks you to accept the new version the next time you share a mod.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Our single point of contact for users and for authorities (EU Digital Services Act, Articles 11 and 12) is [email protected], in English or Estonian. How we handle personal data: privacy policy.
