What we collect

This is a static site. No accounts, forms, or advertising cookies. Email you send us is kept only as long as needed to reply. Cloudflare may process IP addresses to deliver the page and stop abuse.

Formula Manager community mods

The game's community mod library (dtsoftware.io/fm, rules in the Community Mod Terms) has no accounts. Contact for the mod library, including data requests: [email protected]. What it processes:

• The mods you share, including the name and author name you give them. They are public. Do not put personal information in a mod; the library refuses e-mail addresses, phone numbers, links and social media handles.
• A keyed hash of your IP address (we never store the address itself in the library). It limits how many mods a person can share and report, keeps one report per person per mod, and counts downloads once a day. Rate-limit records are deleted after 2 days, download records after 35 days.
• Reports: the reason and the optional note you write. They are kept while the mod exists and for up to a year after it is removed.
• Removed mods are kept for 90 days in case authorities need them, then deleted.
• Web server logs (IP address, time, address requested) are kept for 14 days for security.

When you share a mod, the game keeps a secret key on your computer that lets you update or delete it. We store only a hash of that key.

Legal bases: providing the library you use (contract), keeping it safe and free of abuse (legitimate interests), and legal obligations, such as answering lawful requests from authorities. Cloudflare delivers the traffic as our processor. No advertising or tracking.

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability. Write to the address above. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
