Report a mod
Illegal or harmful content in the community mod library
The fastest way: in the game
Open the mod in Modify → Community and press Report. A report of child sexual abuse, other illegal content, malware, adult content, hate, or someone's personal information hides the mod immediately for every player until we have reviewed it. You don't need an account.
By e-mail (notice of illegal content)
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Mod report". Please include:
- the mod's name and its ID (shown in the mod's details in the game);
- why you believe the content is illegal or breaks the Community Mod Terms, as precisely as you can;
- your name and e-mail address (not needed when reporting child sexual abuse);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that your notice is accurate and complete.
For a copyright or trademark complaint, also say which work or mark is yours (or whom you act for) and where it appears in the mod.
We confirm that we received your notice, decide quickly, and tell you what we did. The uploader sees our decision and the reason in the game.
Child sexual abuse
Never send us the material itself, not even as evidence. Report the mod in the game (it disappears at once) and to the authorities: the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (politsei.ee) or the national hotline vihjeliin.ee, part of the INHOPE network. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 112.
Authorities
Authorities of EU member states, the Commission and the Board can reach our point of contact at [email protected] (English or Estonian). We keep removed mods for 90 days.
